What you see is what you get!
We do NOT offer returns on items due to the elevated stress on corals in the shipping process. While we strive to minimize stress in transit, it is out of our control once corals have left our care. We do NOT offer returns on livestock.
Coral are especially sensitive to shipping. Please follow proper handling, dipping, acclimation, and placement procedures for your specific coral. Note that coral can take weeks or longer to fully acclimate to your tank and it’s conditions and even then the coral may look different under your specific lights and water parameters. Our photos are taken under AI and Radion’s. Some pictures may have LED supplemental lighting with main lighting.
It’s extremely rare and unlikely for a coral to die in transit. A dead coral will NOT have any flesh left on its bone/base. If you see any flesh/polyps the coral is NOT dead.
In the rare case a coral has died DOA:
